This driver is backward compatible for all remote models and allows software configuration of all the buttons on the remote. One customer has managed to modify the Molex power connector to allow a PCI Express video card fit witht he 108 drive. A small groove was cut into the connector. Aopen DVD Rom DVD1648 => Yes NEC DVR-107D would fit if you took the front off (though I never took it off to actually confirm) NEC ND-3500A DVD writer fits into the HT-400B case => It took a small amount of cutting back of plastic around the front of the drive to allow the draw to close properly with the metal front attached, but it's all lined up quite nicely now. Note:- The maximum recommended length for an optical drive is 190mm, this is because it may collide with the AGP or PCI Express card.
